I love fall. I LOVE all the neat colors that nature makes. Sal and I go for a walk every day after she gets off the bus from school. We take Mabel and talk about her day and kind of "waste time" till Jack gets home. I'm always pointing out the pretty colors of the trees and she always picks up leaves and then re-distributes them to other houses. :-)
I traveled south this weekend. Jack, Mabel and I went to Aunt Jill's and stayed the weekend so we could celebrate Gma and Gpa's 60th wedding anniversary. Mick's kids came over and stayed the night. Aunt Jill is also Gma Gooding. :-) They all get along well.
We went to get Mike and loaded him up (no small task) and went to Liberty for dinner. It was a really nice outing and GREAT food! Jack and I then loaded up and drove home as we listened to the Bear's game.
Mabel slept the whole way. All that running and sniffing in the country wears a girl out. :-)
