I got to read for a while today and I chose my Yuen stuff. In it was a fantastic quote but I'm not sure who to credit it to. So, if it's yours - my apologies. "The secret to true peace is setting aside one's pride." Boy, ain't that the truth. I have to think that every conflict in the world could be solved by this statement. And in my personal life I think the same thing. Really makes one think.

Bill and Scott went "walking" last night. They got a TON of signatures. Scott is so funny. Typical navy man. :-) It's like they *teach* that bs they sell. :-)

Mabel played with a black and white striped "kitty" last night. :-/ That's right - nice skunk (or as Sal says "skRunk") smell permeates the house this morning. Doesn't seem to bother her at all. :-)

Sally's having some trouble at school. She shut down on them Monday. And none of us have a clue as to why. My best GUESS is that PE was both new teacher AND adaptive aide, because it was after this that Sal refused to do any work. It's too bad adaptive PE couldn't come at the end of the day. I have a feeling that may be a hurdle every time there's PE. At least on the other days Ms Jenny will be there and I think she has a much better handle on how far and how to push Sal,with what's important. I love her - we're still trying to bribe her to come with Sal into Middle school. :-) She's a lot like Mrs Goldman - only not as crazy. :-) Oh, how I wish Sally could stay at JES forever! ;-)
