We've changed "the Haze" to *Mabel*. Rex has settled down today and is more "about" the house.
Mabel is doing well and adjusting well. *Some* potty issues - but I think we'll get there very soon - she DOES leave the room to relieve herself. :-) So we have gates up all over and she's starting to "get it". Bill fixed all the holes in the fences so she can go out without a chain. She's not the brightest crayon in the box so it's a good thing that she's cute. :-)
Sally's gone this week but we still had an "alarm clock" at 7am this morning. Nothing like a "baying" beagle to make you jump right out of bed. :-) She's also leaving Sade alone more too. We bought a whole armory of chewies and toys. Now we see the vet and set up an appt for the big surgery and we should be good to go. :-)
I can't wait to see how she gets along with the "big dogs" back home. Aunt Jill said she'd tell Tiny that his lunch was on the way. :-)
Sally and Grandma went to exercise today. That was, of course, AFTER Grandpa and her went to get a notebook from Dan's store. :-) She's having a ball. When she got on the phone today the first thing she said was "Hi Mom, you missed me?" I almost spit coffee into the phone. :-)
